Reformer Pilates
Reformer Pilates focuses on core strength, flexibility, balance and overall body alignment. It’s low impact yet highly effective, helping to improve posture, reduce tension, and build strength without placing undue stress on joints, At The Studio, our Reformer Pilates classes will be led by the wonderful Mihaki Pilates and bookable via The Studio website by clicking the ‘Book Now’ tab. Sessions are designed to ensure everyone feels comfortable & confident. Our instructors provide personalized guidance, modifications and progressions to help you work at a pace that suits your body & goals.
Strength & Circuit Training
Strength & circuit training are two powerful ways to boost your physical fitness, improve your overall health and feel your best. These sessions available at The Studio will build muscle strength, boost cardiovascular health, enhance functional fitness and elevate mental well-being.

Pi-Lattes & Minis
We are thrilled to introduce Pi-Lattes & Minis, our new parent & mini Pilates class designed to help you focus on you while your little ones relax, play or nap in a safe and calm space. This gentle Matwork Pilates session is perfect for restoring your pelvic floor, re building core strength whilst also improving posture after pregnancy- all in a supportive & welcoming environment. Enjoy a well deserved coffee and a chat with other parents after the session. Physiotherapy
The NHS waiting times can cause your problem to become chronic. Have you considered a private assessment to be shown how to self manage your problem? The wonderful Lisa Munro Physiotherapist will be located at The Studio offering her services including Acupuncture, Injury Prevention, Exercise Prescriptions and Mobilisations. Theta Healing
Healing with Holly will be located at The Studio offering her services. Theta Healing is a powerful meditative and spiritual healing technique that works on the belief level, emotional patterns and energetic alignment of the body and mind. Matwork Pilates
Matwork Pilates is a wonderfully accessible form of exercise offering benefits for people of all ages, fitness levels & abilities. It’s a low-impact practice performed on a mat using your body weight and small props including resistance bands, balls or blocks to enhance and and support movement. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to refine your practice, Matwork Pilates at The Studio provides a nurturing space to build strength, confidence and overall well-being. Sound Baths
The Studio will be hosting a variety of Sound Bath experiences led by some amazing and talented holistic therapists. During these sessions at The Studio, participants will lie comfortably as they will be immersed in the soothing tones and vibrations of instruments using bowls, gongs & chimes.

Yoga
Yoga at The Studio is suitable for all levels, from complete beginners to seasoned practitioners. Our experienced instructor Linda from ‘MindComplete’, will guide you through movements and breathwork designed to balance the body & mind. Sports Massage will be available at The Studio with the lovely Millie Brindley. Millie will be offering tailored treatments to help to relieve muscle tension, improve recovery & performance, prevent injury and improve overall well-being. Treat your body to the care it deserves. Mini Retreats
At The Studio, we believe in nurturing the mind, body & soul through intentional practices that leave you feeling refreshed, balanced and deeply connected to yourselves. ‘Mini Retreats’ a series of immersive wellbeing experiences will be held throughout the year at The Studio.
